Prachyam Ayurveda acts as the Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act 2023. We collect identifiers (Name, Email, Phone, Shipping Address) and behavioral metadata to optimize your ritual experience. All ingestion is based on explicit consent or legitimate use for order fulfillment.
2. Purpose & Legal Basis
Data is processed exclusively for: (a) Executing purchase contracts, (b) Improving biological recommendations (Dosha analysis), and (c) Regulatory compliance. We do not process data for purposes beyond your explicit consent.
3. Storage & Retention
Your digital identity is stored in encrypted nodes managed by our cloud infrastructure providers. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined or as required by Indian tax and pharmaceutical regulations (typically 7 years for transaction records).
4. Third-Party Sync
We synchronize data with trusted third-party logistics partners and PCI-compliant payment gateways. No biological or personal data is sold to external marketing nodes.
