1. Corporate Binding & Identity

By interacting with this digital portal, creating an account, or acquiring botanical formulations, you agree to enter a legally binding contract with PRACHYAM AYURVEDA PVT LTD (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Prachyam").

2. Legal Metrology & Pre-Package Disclosures

In accordance with Rule 6 of the **Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules 2011**, we guarantee that all pre-packaged commodity disclosures—including Net Weight, Manufactured Date, Best Before Timeline, Country of Origin, Maximum Retail Price (inclusive of CGST/SGST/IGST), and Corporate Producer addresses—are clearly detailed on the dynamic Legal Metrology accordion located on every individual product layout (`product.php`) and in the compliant Tax Invoice (`receipt.php`) issued with every transaction.

3. ASU Medicine Classification & Wellness Disclaimer

Our catalogue comprises proprietary ASU (Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani) medicines and nutritional supplements regulated under the **Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940** and the **Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (FSSAI)**.

• ASU proprietary medicines are manufactured under license **A-4566/2024** and supplements under **FSSAI 1001234567890**.
• These formulation parameters are traditional rituals intended to balance constitutional elements (Doshas). They are **not** synthetic pharmaceuticals. They do not substitute professional medical diagnosis, surgery, or prescription therapies.
• Always consult a qualified Ayurvedic physician (Vaidya) before starting any high-potency herbal regime.

4. Promotion Codes, Coupons & Stacking Policies

To ensure transactional equity across the tribe, the following promotional restrictions are strictly enforced at the checkout terminal:

• Single-Coupon Rule: Only one (1) promotional discount or coupon code may be applied per transaction. Coupon stacking, double-dipping, or combining seasonal vouchers with tribal introductory offers is strictly prohibited.
• Validation Authority: We reserve the absolute right to terminate or cancel any order wherein a script, web crawler, or checkout exploit has successfully bypassed coupon stacking constraints in the backend checkout engine.
• Non-Transferability: Tribal coupon allocations have zero cash equivalent and cannot be transferred or traded.

5. Financial Handshakes & Payment Processing

All credit, debit, UPI, and net banking handshakes are executed via Razorpay. We do not ingest or cache raw credit card credentials on our servers. Razorpay transactions are processed inside PCI-DSS compliant secure vaults.

We reserve the right to cancel orders and flag accounts where payment verification signals are suspicious, mismatching the credit card country of origin, or showing high chargeback rates.

6. Intellectual Assets

The 'Ancient Wisdom, Future Vibes' aesthetic, our trademark formulas, brand logo graphics, proprietary Prakriti Dosha Quiz algorithms, and clinical teleconsultation UI structures are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorized replication or extraction is a breach of engagement protocol.
