1. Acceptance
By accessing Prachyam Ayurveda, you agree to comply with our biological and digital standards. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and tribe members who access our Repository.
2. Ritual Integrity
Our products are botanical rituals designed for wellness. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. Consult your physician before initiating any high-potency Ayurvedic stack.
3. Commerce & Transactions
All prices are in INR. We reserve the right to refuse any order if we detect unauthorized coupon usage or biological data anomalies. Payments are secured via high-fidelity encryption nodes.
4. Intellectual Assets
The 'Ancient Wisdom, Future Vibes' aesthetic, our custom formulas, and the Prakriti Assessment logic are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized replication is a breach of the engagement protocol.
5. Termination
We may terminate your access to the Hive immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other tribe members.
