1. Dispatch Timeline
All ritual assets are prepared and packed within 24-48 hours of order synchronization. Standard transit time across the Indian territory is 3-7 business days via our logistics partners (Delhivery/Shiprocket).
2. Shipping Metrics
We offer free biological asset propagation (shipping) on all orders above ₹2,500. For orders below this threshold, a flat energy exchange fee of ₹100 applies.
3. Return Protocol
Due to the sensitive biological nature of our classical formulations, we can only accept returns if the external seal is uncompromised and the product is in its original state. Return requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
4. Exchange & Refunds
If your assets arrive in a compromised state (damaged packaging), please document the anomaly and contact Hive Support immediately. Refunds are processed back to the original source within 5-7 business days post-verification.
