Protocol

Dynamic logistics, dynamic weight calculation, and refund parameters.

1. Dynamic Shipment Weight & Rates

All deliveries are handled by our high-performance cargo network (Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees). Our shipping rates are calculated dynamically in the backend based on the total computed weight of the items:

  • Fluid-to-Mass Equivalency: To account for high-potency Ayurvedic liquids, volume variations (e.g., 650ml, 450ml, 100ml, 50ml) are mapped directly to physical weights (e.g., 650g, 450g, 100g, 50g).
  • Container Overhead: A constant overhead of +20g is dynamically added to each product variant to account for glass/ceramic containers and ecological outer packaging.
  • Consolidation Rule: If your cart contains two (2) or fewer items, the shipping rate is calculated based on the weight of the heaviest item (max weight rule). If the cart contains three (3) or more items, all variant weights and container overheads are compiled together (sum weight rule).

Mandatory Unboxing Video Protocol (MUVP)

To maintain absolute transparency and eliminate counterfeit claims, PRACHYAM AYURVEDA PVT LTD enforces a strict unboxing video protocol for processing replacement, refund, or transit damage claims.

CRITICAL REQUIREMENT FOR CLAIMS:

  • You must capture a single, continuous, unedited video showing the absolute entirety of the unboxing process.
  • The video must clearly capture the Shipping Label containing the Tracking AWB number, sender coordinates, and recipient data before opening.
  • Show all four sides of the outer shipping carton to prove it is sealed and untampered with.
  • Open the outer package, break the biological security seal tape, extract the custom Ayurvedic formulation, and inspect it on camera in the same continuous take.
  • If you discover a broken container, leakage, missing items, or wrong SKU allocation, the video must clearly show the defect or mismatch.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Any claim regarding transit damage, leakage, or product mismatch that does NOT include a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed outer package will be summarily REJECTED without exception. There are no exclusions to this rule.

3. Transit Timeline

Once purchase validation is complete, order coordinates are synchronized with the dispatch swarm.

  • Preparation Phase: Formulation compounding, sealing, and metrology synchronization require 24-48 hours.
  • Transit Phase: Standard transit spans **3 to 7 business days** across India, depending on pincode classification.

4. Refunds & Financial Reconciliation

Once your claim is validated under the **MUVP** protocol:

  • Replacements will be dispatched via express logistics within 48 hours at no additional charge.
  • Refunds are reconciled back to the original source card, wallet, or UPI channel.
  • Reconciliation requires **5 to 7 business days** to clear intermediate bank channels.
