Yes. Every product follows its classical reference text — named on the pack and on the product page — ingredient for ingredient and process for process. We do not sell proprietary blends dressed up as classics.

Yes. Every formulation is produced in a GMP-certified facility and batch-tested, and the batch number and expiry date are printed on every pack so any pack can be traced.

Each product page lists the traditional adult dosage. For a dosage tuned to your constitution, age, or an ongoing condition, book a consultation with our Vaidyas — that advice always overrides the label.

A classical formulation reproduces a preparation recorded in an Ayurvedic text — the ingredients and method are fixed by that text, and the citation can be checked. A proprietary formulation is a manufacturer's own recipe. Both are legal; only the first can be verified against a source, which is why we name the text on every classical product.

Most of our range is over-the-counter. Formulations marked "Rx Required" are dispensed only against a valid prescription, which you can obtain through our teleconsultation.

Orders dispatch from Kanpur within 1–2 working days. Metro pincodes typically receive orders in 2–4 days, other serviceable pincodes in 4–7 days. Shipping is free above ₹699.

Medicines are returnable only if they arrive damaged, tampered, or incorrect — raise it within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we ship a replacement or refund in full. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
