Amla Churna is finely milled powder of Amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica), one of the richest natural sources of Vitamin C and a foremost Ayurvedic Rasayana. Taken daily, it strengthens immunity, supports healthy digestion, cools excess Pitta, and nourishes hair, skin and eyes. Its potent antioxidant action helps counter oxidative stress and slow the effects of ageing.
