About this formulation

Punarnavadi Mandoor is a classical iron-based (Mandoora) formulation with Punarnava and supportive herbs, renowned for anaemia and fluid imbalance. Traditionally used to raise haemoglobin, correct iron-deficiency anaemia and relieve associated weakness and swelling, it nourishes the Rakta dhatu (blood) while its diuretic herbs clear excess fluid and oedema. It also supports healthy liver and spleen function. Working on the Raktavaha and Mutravaha channels, it addresses anaemia and dropsy together. Punarnavadi Mandoor is best used under guidance, prepared to strict standards and batch-tested for purity.

Classical reference: Bhaishajya Ratnavali (Pandu / Shotha Chikitsa Prakarana).
