About this formulation

Arjunarishta, also known as Parthadyarishta, is a classical cardiac tonic prepared by fermenting Arjuna (Terminalia arjuna) bark with supportive herbs. Traditionally taken to strengthen the heart muscle, it supports steady rhythm, healthy circulation and blood pressure already within a normal range, and helps calm palpitations and breathlessness on exertion. Its cardioprotective, Rasa-Rakta nourishing action makes it a daily classical tonic for cardiovascular stamina and resilience. By balancing Vata and Kapha around the heart (Hridaya), Arjunarishta supports long-term heart wellness. As a naturally fermented Arishta it is gentle on digestion, prepared to classical standards and batch-tested for purity.

Classical reference: Bhaishajya Ratnavali (Hridroga Chikitsa Prakarana).
