Shatavari Churna is powdered root of Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus), Ayurveda's foremost women's tonic and a cooling Rasayana. Taken regularly, it supports hormonal balance, eases menstrual and menopausal discomfort, promotes healthy lactation in nursing mothers, and nourishes and strengthens the reproductive system. Its cooling, Pitta-pacifying and nourishing action works on the Rasa and Shukra/Artava dhatus. Valued for women through every life stage, and also as a general strength tonic, Shatavari Churna is milled from quality roots and batch-tested for purity.
Classical reference: Charaka Samhita & Bhavaprakash Nighantu (Shatavari as Rasayana / Stanyajanana).
