Singhnad Guggulu is a classical formulation of Triphala, purified Guggulu, sulphur and castor oil, renowned for Amavata (rheumatoid arthritis). Traditionally used to neutralise and clear the toxic Ama that accumulates in the joints, it relieves swelling, stiffness and pain, and helps restore joint mobility. Its Ama-digesting, Vata- and Kapha-pacifying action works on the Sandhi and digestive channels, addressing rheumatoid conditions at their metabolic root. A classical mainstay for Amavata and toxin-driven joint pain, Singhnad Guggulu is best used under guidance, prepared to strict standards and batch-tested for purity.
Classical reference: Bhaishajya Ratnavali / Sharangdhara Samhita (Amavata Chikitsa Prakarana).
